Communal Sessions 

We are pleased to offer a selection of times each week to book as an individual or with a friend.
These are non exclusive sessions giving you 90 minutes to experience the Sauna, Ice baths and Hot tub

• 1 x Communal session £40 - 1 month expiry
• Available Monday 5-7pm Wednesday 5-7pm and Saturday 8-10am
